Welcome to Auroskkil. By accessing or using our platform at auroskkil.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using any part of Auroskkil — student dashboard, HR dashboard, job postings, or related services — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services Provided
- Internship programs, assignments, and skill certifications for students
- ATS resume builder and mock interview preparation tools
- HR hiring platform for companies to post jobs and hire verified candidates
- Talent marketplace connecting companies with verified students across all roles
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Auroskkil may suspend accounts providing false information.
4. HR & Company Accounts
- Companies must provide accurate business information during registration
- Job postings — full-time, internship, fresher — are free to post at all times
- Per-day, per-week, per-month, and contract hiring requires a 20% platform fee
- Companies agree not to contact candidates outside the platform to avoid the platform fee
- Auroskkil reserves the right to remove job postings that violate platform guidelines
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- A 20% platform fee applies to daily, weekly, monthly and contract work hiring only
- 80% of all work payments go directly to the hired candidate
- If a hired candidate does not join or start work, Auroskkil will process a full refund within 7 business days
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected start date
- Job posting (full-time / internship / fresher) has no fee and no refund applicable
6. Student Responsibilities
- Students must complete assignments honestly to earn XP and certificates
- Plagiarism or submission of others' work is grounds for account termination
- Students hired through the platform must fulfil their agreed work commitments
7. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresenting identity, skills, or company information
- Attempting to bypass the platform fee by arranging direct payments
- Posting fake job listings or misleading candidates
- Using the platform to spam, harass, or deceive other users
8. Intellectual Property
All Auroskkil content — course materials, logos, and design — is owned by Auroskkil. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Auroskkil is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee the quality of candidate work or suitability of job postings. We are not liable for disputes between companies and candidates.
10. Changes to Terms
Auroskkil may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
