1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Auroskkil. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these Terms.
2. What Auroskkil offers
- Job listings, applications and AI-assisted job search and matching for students
- ATS resume builder, MCQ tests, technical assignments, study material and mock interview practice
- A free live session and a paid 30-Day Interview Launch Program for students
- A hiring platform where companies post jobs, view student profiles and resumes, chat and email candidates
- A leaderboard, comments on jobs and Success Stories
Auroskkil is a platform that connects students and companies. We are not the employer, and we are not a party to any job offer, internship or contract between a student and a company.
3. Your account
- Give accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share your login. We may limit simultaneous sessions to protect accounts.
- We may suspend or close accounts that give false information or break these Terms.
4. Student terms
- Keep your profile, resume, skills and experience truthful. Do not claim skills, projects or certificates you do not have.
- Complete tests and assignments honestly. Copying, plagiarism or using someone else’s work can lead to removal of points and account termination.
- Applying through Auroskkil can open an email draft. You send the email yourself from your own mail account. Auroskkil does not send it for you and cannot promise a reply.
- Verify every job before you share personal documents. Genuine employers do not ask students for money. If any company asks you to pay for a job, report it to us.
- If you accept an offer, you are responsible for your agreement with that company.
Paid program: 30-Day Interview Launch Program
- The program fee is ₹1,500, a one-time payment with no monthly subscription. We will tell you the current fee before you pay.
- Payment is made by UPI by scanning the QR code on our payment page. After paying, you send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. Pay only to the QR shown on our official payment page.
- Your enrolment starts only after we verify the payment and confirm it to you on WhatsApp. We may ask for your UTR / transaction ID.
- The program gives guided support: resume and career guidance, application help, follow-up guidance, interview preparation and live sessions. It is effort-based support.
- We work towards interview opportunities for you, but we do not guarantee any interview, job offer, salary or placement outcome. Eligibility, participation requirements and any guarantee terms are shared with you in writing before you enrol, and those written terms apply to your enrolment.
- Continued support after the first 30 days and "unlimited job openings until placement" are subject to program terms, eligibility and availability.
- Refund policy: if you use the program for 2 days or more, no refund will be given. A refund can be considered only if you ask for it before you have used the service for 2 days.
- "Use" means you have joined or attended a live session, received resume or career guidance, started job applications or follow-ups with our help, or used any other part of the program. To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email hr@auroskkil.com with your name and payment details.
Free live session
The free session and the 2-day interview lineup program are free. Timings, eligibility and availability are shared in the WhatsApp group and may change.
5. Company terms
- Give accurate business and HR details when you register. We may verify them and suspend accounts that look fake.
- Post only genuine, active openings that you are authorised to hire for. Job descriptions, salary and location must be accurate.
- Fake or misleading listings, "pay to get a job" schemes, training or placement fees charged to students, and listings that collect money from candidates are not allowed.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully in your listings or hiring.
- We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these Terms or our guidelines.
Access to student data
Companies can view student profiles and resumes, chat and email students. Use this only to evaluate and contact candidates for genuine openings. You must not sell or share student data, send spam or unrelated offers, scrape the platform, or use the data for any purpose other than hiring. You must handle any student data you receive in line with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Fees for companies
Right now, job posting, access to student profiles, chat, email and follow-ups are free for companies. We may introduce paid plans or fees in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice, and we will not charge you for anything without your agreement.
6. Prohibited activities
- Impersonating anyone or misrepresenting your identity, skills, company or job
- Posting fake jobs, fake reviews, fake placement proofs or misleading comments
- Harassing, spamming or deceiving other users
- Uploading malware, scraping, probing or attacking the platform, or bypassing its security or access limits
- Creating multiple accounts to cheat the leaderboard, points or tests
- Using Auroskkil for anything unlawful
7. Content you post
You own what you post (profile, resume, comments, job listings). You give Auroskkil a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it to run the platform, including showing job listings publicly and showing your profile to registered companies. You promise you have the right to post it and that it is not unlawful or infringing.
We show student placement results, offer letters and interview emails in Success Stories only with the student\u2019s permission. You can ask us to remove yours at any time by emailing us.
8. AI features
Some features (job email drafts, mock interviews, AI search, AI Match and placement probability) use AI and automated scoring. Results can be wrong or incomplete. A placement probability or match score is an estimate, not a promise. Review anything AI writes before you send or rely on it.
9. Intellectual property
Auroskkil\u2019s name, logo, design, software, study material, tests and other content belong to Auroskkil. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
10. Third-party links and services
The platform links to or works with third-party services such as Google, WhatsApp, email providers and company career pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimers and limit of liability
Auroskkil is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any student will get an interview or job, that any company will respond or hire, that listings are always accurate or still open, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for disputes, losses or damages between students and companies. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid Auroskkil in the 12 months before the claim (and is nil for free services). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Fees for the paid program are non-refundable once you have used the service for 2 days or more, as explained in the student terms above.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Auroskkil or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, misuse data, or put other users or the platform at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example intellectual property, liability and governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you on the platform or by email. If you keep using Auroskkil after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
